Each plan offers everyone the best sports entertainment value in Chicago. Seat locations are going fast and fans .  As a full season ticket holder, you will receive the following benefits….
• Ticket Buy Back Program: As a season ticket holder, the Bandits will try and sell your tickets when you cannot attend a game at our box office. If your tickets are re-sold, we will refund your cash to you at Will Call the following day. The Bandits require at least 48 hour notification. We cannot guarantee we will sell the seats when you can’t attend the game.
• Game Day Giveaway Items Guarantee: All season ticket holders will be insured of receiving our giveaway items all season long. Your items will be held at the Customer Service Booth that day of the game. Items will be held at our office for one week (7 days) following promotional giveaway nights.

CHICAGO BANDITS RETURN POLICY 2008
Tickets: In the event of a rainout or inclement weather, we will exchange your ticket(s) for any other regular season game during the 2007 season based upon availability. This policy is in effect for any season ticket holder (full season, half season or mini-season) as well as all group and single ticket clients. A schedule of all rainouts will be posted on our website and at our ticket booth at Benedictine University. Our rainout policy can also be read by visiting our website. Please remember that special promotional dates tend to sell out more quickly than other games, so we encourage you to exchange your tickets as soon as possible. Exchanges can be conducted in person by visiting our office during regular business hours or setting an appointment with one of our ticket operations representatives. Exchanges are done on a first-come-first served basis. Any game called due to time duration will be continued as part of our next day’s game. Please present your ticket stub at the ticket booth to be reissued a new ticket for the game. Full season ticket holders are guaranteed the same seat all season. Half season and mini season holders, groups and single ticket clients will be seated in similar seats based upon availability.
